Hi, I’m Brittany — a mom, full-time professional, and the face behind SemiFitMomma. Like a lot of moms, I spent years putting everyone else first and telling myself I’d “get back to me someday.” Somewhere between work deadlines, family life, and trying to keep up with it all, I realized that perfection wasn’t realistic… but something was better than nothing.
SemiFitMomma was created for moms who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — without extreme routines or all-or-nothing mindsets. I’m not here to sell a picture-perfect lifestyle or tell you to wake up at 4am to change your life. I’m here for the moms squeezing in movement when they can, choosing balance over burnout, and learning to show up for themselves in realistic ways.
